First step of the implementation is to assess challenges and needs of the local area by using both existing and newly collected field data. The main goal contains identifying key ecosystems, mapping and networking stakeholders through an interdisciplinary approach, supported by AIH's scientific evidence and data, and Orle's strategic stakeholder coordination. The second phase includes establishment of a pilot site for biodiversity protection, where the replication of A-AAGORA best practices will be evaluated. This phase will focus on enhancing competencies in nature-based solutions (NbS) to tackle ecological problems, particularly concerning nature preservation and resilience to climate changes. It will also prioritize citizen involvement in data exchange and support for the living lab. The third phase will involve evaluating project's innovative solutions and it will ensure the sustainability of actions as well as foster the promotion of hydro-ecosystem awareness within the municipality of Orle, Croatia.
